This application is appropriate for notification of defects, complaints, appeals, and everything else that will be registered by mail, sms and telephone (everything is registered in the system). One can effect on it, meaning one or several answers can be sent by e-mail, sms or by direct phone call through call centre or by sending taped answer (voice recorded or in text).
