After two decades at Infinite Solutions, Snezana Krzalovska remains a symbol of continuity, dedication, and team spirit. We sat down with her to reflect on the journey, the changes she's witnessed, and what continues to inspire her every day.

1. You’ve been with the company since the very beginning. What do you remember most about those early days?
I remember the excitement and closeness we had when we started as a small team of just a few people. We were all involved in everything — learning together, helping one another, and laying the foundations for what Infinite Solutions is today.
2. How has the company changed since you joined 20 years ago?
There have been many changes — we’ve grown from a small group to a company of over 50 employees. We’ve become more structured and professional, but what I like most is that we’ve kept the same positive spirit and teamwork we had in the early years.
3. What motivated you to join the company back then – and what has kept you here all these years?
Back then, I was inspired by the opportunity to grow alongside a young and ambitious company. What’s kept me here all these years is the teamwork, mutual respect, and the sense of belonging.
For me — and I believe for many others — Infinite is a long, successful, and beautiful life story.
4. How has your role evolved over the years? What are some milestones in your career here?
Over time, my role has expanded significantly. I started as an office assistant, then moved into finance, and later took on responsibilities in HR. Being part of the company’s growth and helping new employees integrate has been a major milestone for me.
5. Who or what has influenced your professional growth the most within the company?
Definitely the people — both those I worked with in the past and those I work with now. I’ve learned so much from my colleagues and the management team. Their support and trust gave me the confidence to grow.
6. How would you describe the company culture to someone joining today?
Infinite isn’t just a typical workplace where you come to do your job and get paid. It’s a healthy, supportive, and friendly environment. People genuinely care about each other, and there’s mutual respect and a strong team spirit in everything we do.
7. What keeps you motivated after two decades with the same company?
It’s the sense of purpose and progress. Every year brings something new — new people, challenges, and goals. I’m proud to see how far we’ve come, and that the company continues to value its people.
8. What are your hopes for the company’s future — and your role in it?
I hope Infinite Solutions continues to grow, innovate, and stay true to its values. I see myself supporting the people behind that growth, because people are truly the heart of the company.
