What brought you to Infinite Solutions—and what made you stay?
My passion for mathematics and natural sciences shaped my early education and guided me into the world of technology. I started my career as .NET Developer working on a regional ERP system. When time came for a new challenge, I turned to Microsoft Dynamics AX2012—a product that was gaining momentum at that time. I joined Infinite Solutions 10 years ago, attracted by the opportunity to work with cutting-edge ERP systems and the latest technologies.
What’s kept me here is the positive work culture, strong team spirit, and the chance to collaborate with exceptional professionals on diverse and meaningful projects. Many of those professional connections have turned into lasting friendships.
How has your role evolved over the years?
I began as an AX Developer, and over time, took on functional consulting roles as well. As my knowledge deepened, I became a Team Lead and today serve as Director of the D365 Development Department, leading a team of 10 developers.
We work on projects ranging from data migrations and complex integrations to custom solutions and Microsoft-based products developed by Infinite Solutions. Our focus is always on delivering value by following Microsoft best practices.
What’s a standout project or moment from your time here?
Over the past ten years, I’ve worked on numerous projects in various roles—each with its own complexity and unique challenges. Every project has been an opportunity to grow, expand my knowledge, meet new people, and of course, overcome new obstacles along the way.
One project that stands out in particular was a fast-tracked upgrade from AX2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O. Despite a small team and a tight timeline, we successfully rebuilt key business processes from scratch due to deprecated functionalities in the new system. We then deployed these processes across more than 50 legal entities. It was a demanding yet rewarding experience that demonstrated the strength of collaboration and technical focus.
What advice would you give to newcomers considering a Dynamics 365 path?
D365 offers huge potential for those passionate about complex systems.
At Infinite, we invest heavily in training new talent through hands-on internships and mentoring. It’s incredibly rewarding to see interns become project contributors in just a few months. For anyone at a career crossroads, Dynamics 365 is a strong and future-ready path.
Any leadership advice for first-time team leads?
Leadership is about putting team goals first and supporting every member equally. A team is only as strong as its weakest link, and it’s our job as leaders to encourage growth, independence, and continuous learning.
I don’t believe in the “we’re a family” cliché—families aren’t always structured or healthy. Instead, I believe in building a Dream Team: a well-balanced group where everyone contributes their best and thrives through shared challenges.
