What began as a summer internship during the final year of studies quickly turned into a long-term journey shaped by learning, perseverance, and continuous development. His path reflects curiosity, commitment, and passion for growth.
Over the years, he has embraced new challenges, evolved through different roles, and contributed to projects that made a lasting impact.

Looking back, what has been a standout project or moment in your 10 years here?
I must say that I have been through a lot of exciting projects and different job roles in Infinite. Since I am coming from IT university, I started my D365 journey as a Software Engineer where I had one of the best mentors that I could imagine. I learned through tasks and small projects the basics of software development but also high notes on the business processes and ERP concepts.
Later, building on my technical foundation, I was given the opportunity to transition into the Functional side. This shift brought a new perspective – working closely with clients, understanding their needs in depth, and paying close attention to every detail to deliver the right solutions. That evolution in my role has been one of the most defining and rewarding parts of my journey.
What makes Infinite a special place to work – from your perspective?
From my perspective – especially as someone whose first and only professional experience has been with Infinite – I can say that the whole company is built on trust, respect and willingness to help each other. Infinite is a place that deeply values its most precious “jewels” – its people. Over the past 10 years, I’ve witnessed remarkable growth, not only in the company’s size and expertise but also in its vision and ambition. The management team and employees alike continuously contribute knowledge, dedication, and a strong drive to succeed in today’s ever-evolving IT world. That combination of professionalism and care is what makes Infinite truly special to me.
What advice would you give to someone just starting in your field or role?
Some of my colleagues might recognize this, something I often say to new team members: be proactive, don’t shy away and ask for advice or help as a beginner in the D365 world. No one expects you to know everything from day one. Knowledge is meant to be shared and it’s only when we share it that it truly grows.
What are your hopes for the company’s future – and your role in it?
I hope to remain part of the Infinite team for many more successful years to come. I want to continue growing both personally and professionally, alongside my team and the colleagues I value so much. I look forward to seeing Infinite expand even further, take on countless successful projects, and welcome new colleagues who will enjoy working here as much as I do.
What message would you like to share with your team and the wider company on this milestone?
I am proud to celebrate this milestone -10 years at Infinite Solutions- and truly grateful for how much I’ve grown, both professionally and personally.
What started as a summer internship has grown into a decade filled with learning, challenges, achievements, and moments that shaped not only my career but also my life.
On this special occasion, I sincerely thank my amazing colleagues for making these years inspiring and meaningful. I’m also deeply grateful to the management team for their continuous trust, guidance, and vision.
